SKILLFLOW SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
Billing: Monthly, on the same day as the subscription start date
Minimum Term: 1 month
1. Subscription Packages
Flow Light – $119/month- Up to 2 handyman service hours per month
- Consumables up to $25 (retail price) per visit included (small items: caulk, anchors, screws, electrical tape, etc.)
- Additional hours — $90/hour (10% discount for subscribers)
- Service visit within 48 business hours from order confirmation
Flow Boost – $219/month- Up to 4 handyman service hours per month
- Consumables up to $25/visit
- Additional hours — $90/hour (10% discount)
- Service visit within 36 business hours from order confirmation
Flow Pro – $319/month- Up to 6 handyman service hours per month
- Consumables up to $25/visit
- Additional hours — $85/hour (15% discount)
- Priority service – within 24 hours or same day if possible (not guaranteed)
Usage Rules:- Minimum visit time — 2 hours.
- Time is counted from the moment the handyman arrives and includes travel, preparation, and cleanup.
- Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
Service AreaSkillFlow + subscription services are available in the Charlotte metropolitan area, including: Charlotte (Ballantyne, SouthPark, Dilworth, Myers Park, Plaza Midwood, NoDa), Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Waxhaw, Weddington, Wesley Chapel, Monroe, Indian Trail, Stallings, Lake Park, Marvin, Indian Land (SC), Fort Mill (SC), Tega Cay (SC), Rock Hill (SC), and Huntersville.
Service requests outside these locations may be declined or subject to additional travel charges.
2. Included Services (do not require a license in North Carolina)
General Interior Work- Furniture assembly
- Installation of TVs, curtain rods, shelves, pictures, mirrors (up to 50 lbs)
- Interior painting
- Drywall repair/installation (non-structural)
- Door adjustments, replacement of hinges, locks, handles
- Installation of moldings, baseboards, trim
- Window sealing, tile caulking, gap filling
Electrical (non-licensed work)- Replacement of light fixtures, chandeliers, ceiling fans (up to 15 lbs, no new wiring)
- Replacement of switches and outlets without wiring modifications
- Installation of plug-in smart devices
Plumbing (non-licensed work)- Replacement of faucets, shower heads, traps, hoses under sinks
- Installation of dishwashers and washing machines on existing connections
Exterior Work- Gutter cleaning (1-story)
- Pressure washing (decks, siding, walkways)
- Minor deck repairs
- Seasonal cleanup
- 3. Excluded / Licensed WorkStructural changes or load-bearing modifications
- Roof installation/repair
- HVAC work (except filter replacement)
- Relocating pipes or cutting into main lines
- Electrical work with new wiring or added circuits
- Gas line work.
- 4. Materials and Consumables.
- Up to $25 per visit — included (only small items carried by handyman: nails, caulk, etc.)
- All other materials — at client’s expense at retail price, or supplied by client (no warranty for client-supplied low-quality materials).
- 5. Cancellation and Billing
- Subscription cancellation — by phone (704) 774-6423 or email skillflowclt@gmail.com
- At least 5 business days before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges
- Subscription renews automatically
- 6. Limitation of Liability
- Liability limited to the amount paid for the last paid subscription month
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages before work began
- Problems caused by client-supplied materials
- Normal wear and tear after completion of work
All services comply with the requirements of the North Carolina General Statutes and the North Carolina State Building Code, specifically
N.C. Gen. Stat. §143-138, ensuring that no services requiring a state contractor’s license are performed.

7. Scheduling Visits
Client must provide a task list prior to the visit
If additional tasks are added beyond the agreed list — the visit may be rescheduled, canceled, or incur extra charges
